Slayer Tycoon NPCs and Factions
Who sells the kit, who awakens it, and who should claim which pad.
“Players” on this wiki means the people and shops you actually click: Senseis, merchants, bosses-as-NPCs, and the two factions that split a tycoon. It is not a celebrity roster. Coldjason did not ship a Gacha banner of Hashira. You are the Hashira for twenty minutes, then the server deletes you.
Two deep pages sit under this hub:
- NPCs — every vendor and landmark person, with prices where we have them.
- Slayer vs Demon — pad buildings, shops, and how a duo should split roles.
Use them with the map so you are not reading names without a trail.
Why this hub exists
New players search “Slayer Tycoon characters” and land on anime wikis. Those pages will not tell you the lumberjack pays $650 or that The Master is in Slayer HQ. This hub is the game’s social graph: who takes $5,000, who takes a Strong Soul, who takes $9,500, and who takes 10 R$.
Bosses are listed as combat encounters on the boss guide. They appear here only when they also function as a vendor (Biwa Woman / Biwa Demon at the station).
Duo roles in one paragraph
One player claims Slayer (wisteria, nurse, breathings). One claims Demon (udon, arts). Both can buy fighting styles. The Slayer peels and banks behind flowers. The Demon farms Shockwave and tags train bosses. If you queued alone, you still pick one faction and later consider Solo Player Style — details on the factions page.
Developer-facing “players”
Coldjason (creator) and AzuriteStorm (map/model) are the only credits that matter. Update logs go to Coldjason Studios Discord, linked from links. There is no official character designer blog. If a YouTube “all characters” video is ranking Tanjiro skins, it is a haori / accessory video in disguise.
Recommended reading order
- Getting started so you know why the pad faction is permanent for the session.
- This hub’s factions page.
- NPCs on the way to the waterfall.
- Awakening once Muzan and The Master are not abstract names.
Codes, scripts, and tools stay in their own hubs. An NPC will never redeem a code for you — there is still no box.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Who is the main NPC I should buy first?
Katana Sensei on a Slayer pad or Art Sensei on a Demon pad, $5,000 each. See NPCs.
Should my duo both pick Slayer?
No. Split factions so you unlock both shops. Factions explains the buildings.
Is Muzan a boss or a vendor?
Vendor for awakening. He can also spawn at night on the map. Awakening.
Are Hashira playable characters?
No separate character select. You buy their kits as breathings, arts, or haori cosmetics.
